New Thalian Players, in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University, presents THE LARAMIE PROJECT, a play about the lives of ordinary people trying to cope with the national spotlight brought on by a horrific, extraordinary event. 

In 1998, gay student Matthew Shepard was tortured and murdered in the town of Laramie, Wyoming.   The Tectonic Theatre Project, a theatre troupe which traveled to Laramie to conduct interviews with it's citizens, created this play which drew inspiration from the interviews.
